Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Truck Drivers Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and cargo handling.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance driver skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of diversity and cross-cultural training.
- Ability to provide awareness training to employees.
37.5 hours per week, permanent position.
