Job Title: Truck Driver Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at NORTHSTAR TRANSPORT INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising truck drivers and projects, ensuring the smooth execution of transportation operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers and projects
  • Prepare and review production and other reports
  • Train or arrange for training of drivers and staff
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel
  • Coordinate and schedule activities
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in transportation or logistics
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Equivalent experience
Work Environment

On-site work is required. There is no option to work remotely.
