Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Truck Drivers Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and cargo handling.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance driver skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 37.5-hour workweek. The work language is English.
