Job Summary

VVR Technologies Inc is seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to user problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues and improve overall support processes.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent support.
  • Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and internet services to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Set up and configure user equipment, including installing operating systems and software.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations for web servers to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
