Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Information Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at IT Minds Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Intranet, Internet, Desktop applications, File management software, Word processing software, Communication software, MS Office, MS Windows, and Spreadsheet.
