We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at IT Minds Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring that their IT needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Jira, Intranet, Internet, desktop applications, file management software, word processing software, communication software, MS Office, and MS Windows.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
