About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth and manage client accounts. In this role, you'll focus on selling advanced recycling equipment, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Your Mission:

  • Sales Development: Drive new business through equipment sales, focusing on customer needs and innovative solutions.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities within accounts, keeping pace with industry trends and client needs.
  • Product Expertise: Stay updated on product offerings and industry advancements to provide clients with the latest solutions.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong background in business development and sales within industrial or recycling sectors.
  • Proficiency in account management and client relationship building.
  • Market insight with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Intermediate business analysis skills.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Intermediate-level business analysis experience, ideally within sales or business development.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in equipment sales, account management, or similar roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial equipment or recycling technology is a plus.
  • Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and strategic problem solving.
