About the Role:

Sedgwick Strategies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, evaluating their effectiveness, and providing consultation on planning and starting new businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and development
  • Provide consultation on planning and starting new businesses
  • Train staff on business development strategies and best practices
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other marketing materials

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
