Chef Assistant with Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a Culinary Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food for our customers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent culinary skills, knowledge of menu planning, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
