Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation and Correspondence: Draft and edit letters, reports, and other documents, as well as input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and coordinate logistics for online meetings.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
