Merchandising Specialist Opportunity

About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandising Specialist to join our team at a retail location. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and maintaining a high level of product presentation.

About You

You will be an experienced professional with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and with attention to detail. You will be well-organized, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and have a passion for building strong business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise planograms accurately and quickly.
  • Make and install price labels.
  • Filling the new planograms with the product.
  • Locate products in the backroom.
  • Ensure that retail basics tasks are executed efficiently (stocking, labels, facing, etc.).
  • Identify low stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Comply with the company and store policies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance (uniform, hygiene, grooming, and name tag).
  • Complete other tasks as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs- 40lbs.
  • Previous merchandising experience is an asset.
  • Able to commit to the length of the contract.
