About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care, conduct medical research, and educate students and staff. You will also be involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Contribute to clinical guideline development and implementation
- Participate in medical research and education initiatives
- Develop and manage departmental budgets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve patient flow and experience
- MD or equivalent degree in medicine or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pediatric cardiology, with senior leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical management, research, and education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as pension and retirement plans.
