At the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This challenging position involves providing support for our ongoing communications and marketing efforts through the development, implementation, and evaluation of digital marketing strategies and initiatives.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining an appropriate online presence on social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, and Google Business profiles) that promotes an excellent online image of the college and its clinics.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to coordinate digital marketing strategies (scope, deliverables, and schedules) as well as create and maintain content as required.
  • Partnering with all departments and student community and associations to provide guidance/assistance on the development of digital marketing content, meet their digital marketing objectives, feature opportunities while maintaining brand and content consistency.
  • Responsible for production/editing of print and digital marketing materials ensuring communications and marketing materials meet the college's brand standards and needs.
  • Coordinating, marketing, and hosting monthly clinic webinars which include website event setup and registration, organic social media and paid Facebook/Instagram ads (visual content and writing), email and newsletter marketing, and registration reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Baccalaureate degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a similar field, and in-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience and understanding of industry best practices for Social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile, Hootsuite), graphic design applications (Adobe Creative suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Illustrator) and email marketing platforms (MailChimp).

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, RRSP matching, and a generous vacation allowance.
