Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Analyst to join our Payments and Cash Management Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will act as a liaison between business teams and delivery teams, supporting the implementation of new technologies and driving business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under the guidance of the product owner, take business needs and requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Support OP, business line partners, and IT teams in their decision-making and deliverables, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support the planning of activities for different deliverables, maintaining the backlog and ensuring timely completion.
  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.
  • Model current and target processes based on mapping practices in place at the Bank, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct high-level and detailed impact assessments on all angles of the process, working closely with expert teams to ensure comprehensive understanding.
  • Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements, ensuring traceability and linkages between functional, non-functional, informational, and transitional requirements.
  • Contribute to the evolving roadmap in conjunction with the release's supplier notes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Define, identify user test scenarios (SIT, functional, UA) and support users in the operational transfer, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Operationalize solutions within BNC operational teams involved in end-to-end processes, driving business outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Make proposals for the change management strategy to the solution users, ensuring effective communication and adoption.
Requirements
  • Industry-related university degree and several years of relevant experience in business analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong business analysis skills in a technology-savvy ecosystem, with experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping, including modeling, BPMN, and lean approach.
  • Experience with test scenarios and user support, with ability to think strategically, analytically, and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
