Job Title: Chief Business Analyst

Join National Bank as a Chief Business Analyst and become a key player in our Strategy & Evolution team. As a liaison between business teams and delivery teams, you will act in agile mode and be part of a squad that manages and delivers business and technological projects for different sectors.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support product owners, business line partners, and IT teams in their decision-making and deliverables.
  • Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support business planning for different deliverables.
  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise.
  • Model current and target processes based on Bank mapping practices.
  • Perform high-level, detailed impact analysis from all angles of the process with the help of experts.
  • Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their linkages, and ensure traceability.
  • Define, identify user test scenarios, and support users in operational transfer.
  • Make proposals for change management strategy to solution users.
Your Team:

You will be part of a large team in the Operations sector, reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Evolution. Our Strategy & Evolution team's mission is to support the transformation of operations and help develop operational excellence.
