Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Line Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our production process at G6 Style Cabinets. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assembly tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high standards of quality.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work at our facility. As an Assembly Line Manager, you will be working closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and supervise the activities of workers on the assembly line, including setting up machines and equipment, training staff, and resolving any work-related problems that may arise.

You will also be responsible for recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality, as well as requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues, and to contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
