Assembly Department Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly Technician to join our medical manufacturing team. As a key member of our Assembly department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of calibration packs (calpaks) according to established policies and procedures.



Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a goal-oriented and team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Operating the Klockner Machine

    Assemble raw materials, conduct sample builds, run builds, and manually test for robustness.

  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting

    Make adjustments to the Klockner machine as required, install fluid bags on the line, and run builds to ensure maximum throughput.

  • Quality Control and Assurance

    Conduct ongoing visual inspection of product during the build in accordance with documented procedures, identify problems with raw materials or process, and take immediate action to consult with lead hand or operational team leader for advice or assistance.

  • Record Keeping and Compliance

    Record accurate, legible data in a timely manner at all points in the process, in accordance with documented procedures and GMP standards and practices, and understand and comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Safety and Environmental Awareness

    Safeguard the environment and facilitate a safe and healthy workplace culture.


Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work various shifts, including day, A shift, B shift, C shift, and D shift, with competitive pay rates.



$18.31 - $22.22 per hour
