Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

This role involves identifying customer needs, influencing decisions, and selling personal insurance products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Tailoring interactions using emerging technology solutions, such as phone, chat, email, SMS, and video conferencing.
  • Building relationships with prospects, answering incoming communications, and following up on expiry date cards.
  • Creating a trusting environment that fosters new sales opportunities and retention of existing business.
  • Actively participating within the team unit to contribute to overall business improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A RIBO license or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days of employment.
  • A minimum of two years' sales experience in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
