About the Role

CQR Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our logistics team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
  • Logistics Support: Assist with logistics tasks, including arranging travel, preparing itineraries, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our office and external partners, including clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing systems, databases, and other documentation.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including troubleshooting technical problems and finding creative solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
