Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at AXYZ GLOBAL RESEARCH INC.
Job Summary:The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This role will also involve planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as working with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
- Provide customer service
- Coaching
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with MS Office and MS Windows
