About the Role

  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they leave the restaurant satisfied.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights that can help us improve our operations.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to provide guidance to staff on food preparation and presentation.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, physically demanding work environment.
