Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Nova. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience at Pizza Nova is positive.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory levels are optimal.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to management.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our staff are working efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession, restaurant.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines.
