About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at KITK ENTERPRISES LTD. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all stock is managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
