Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Small Cleaning Services. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites or Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repair work, and recommend these to our clients.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Will Train: We are willing to train the right candidate, so no prior experience is necessary.
Work Environment:

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced office environment, overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team. You will be required to work a 30-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
