Cleaning Operations Manager

Harni Cleaning Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our cleaning services and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required. Permanent position available.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
