Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Harni Cleaning Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all sites are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all cleaning standards are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of the cleaning services.
- Service Development: Identify opportunities to improve services and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences and to ensure that their expectations are met.
- Team Management: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments and teams to ensure seamless coordination of work activities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry is an asset
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
