Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

Regularly inspect sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations, ensuring that we are operating within our means.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.

Maintain Financial Records

Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including receipts, invoices, and payment records.

Coordinate with Other Departments

Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that our cleaning operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules that ensure our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

Experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning industry
