Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Identify, recruit, and train a team of cleaning professionals to meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily cleaning operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our sites and facilities meet our cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities and achieve our objectives.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning operations run smoothly.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Participate in Government or Community Programs: Engage with government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Support Foreign Credential Recognition: Assist newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
Support for Youths:
  • Participate in Youth Employment Programs: Engage with government or community programs that support youth employment.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Participate in Indigenous Support Programs: Engage with government or community programs that support Indigenous people.

Work Details: This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
