HR Coordinator

As a key member of the Human Resources team, the HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department. This includes coordinating and facilitating various HR activities, such as new hire orientations, onboarding, and exit interviews.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating and tracking annual performance reviews, employee files, and HR correspondence.
- Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide analysis and recommendations to the HR Manager.
- Assist with clerical and technical support for HR activities and programs, including maintaining accurate and comprehensive employee files and HR filing systems.
- Coordinate and track employee change forms, HR correspondence, and other administrative tasks as required.
- 2+ years of experience in HR general duties, with a focus on administrative support.
- Knowledge of Alberta employment standards legislation, guidelines, human rights, and other HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members and others.
- Ability to work efficiently as a part of a team, as well as independently, with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
