We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Generalist to join our team at Canavua. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and support to the organization, focusing on employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources management. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and possess accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Oversee payroll administration
