Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success? Do you have a strong business acumen and excellent communication skills? We're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team at AWIN Group of Dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships to drive sales and lease/finance of new and pre-owned luxury vehicles.
  • Handle incoming sales traffic, qualify prospects, and arrange trade-in appraisals.
  • Liaise between prospects and sales management during negotiations, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Turn over sales customers to the finance office, arrange pre-owned deliveries, and actively prospect new customers.
  • Follow up with past deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and research product changes to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, review performance metrics, and familiarize yourself with manufacturers' sales, lease, and finance programs.
  • Make annual lease maturity contact calls, keep apprised of competitive products, and review historical performance with management.
  • Participate in off-site marketing and advertising initiatives, assist with showroom display, and participate in product and skills training programs.
  • Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing sales or purchase contracts.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence, Clear Driver's Abstract, and OMVIC registration.
  • Strong business acumen, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to sell the minimum quota, excellent customer service skills, and 2 years of pre-owned luxury dealership experience.
  • Personal attributes include passion, motivation, focus, leadership skills, results-focused approach, team player, strong communication skills, ability to influence, negotiate, and mediate effectively.
