Sales Consultant/Asst Sales Manager Position

Zanchin Automotive Group, a leader in the industry, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Consultant/Asst Sales Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary objective will be to achieve volume and gross profit targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell vehicles and meet or exceed sales targets
- Act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the vehicle purchasing process
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches
- Listen actively to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
- Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
- Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles
- Execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Assist Sales Consultants in completing vehicle transactions
- Work closely with Sales Consultants, coaching and improving performance relating to vehicle and product sales
- Ensure the customer follow-up system is performed
- Manage new vehicle inventory and maintain a well-balanced inventory
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in customer service and the ability to have meaningful conversations
- Proficiency working with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
- OMVIC license in good standing and a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and adapt to a changing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and strategic thinking
