Spa Operations Manager

Hermosa Med Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily spa operations, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Financial Management: Manage the spa's budget and inventory, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong business acumen and financial management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
