Job Title: Spa Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Hermosa Med Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and leading a team of spa professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 spa professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent client service and high-quality treatments.
  • Client Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for growth, develop business plans, and implement initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
  • Operations: Oversee the efficient management of spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting, ensuring a smooth and profitable operation.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 32.5 to 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
