Job Title: Spa Manager

Hermosa Med Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent client service.
  • Client Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily spa operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and contract negotiations.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, develop and implement marketing strategies, and collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Hours: 32.5 to 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Duration: Permanent position.
