Spa Operations Manager

Hermosa Med Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client service.
- Client Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Operations: Plan, organize, and control daily spa operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and contract negotiations.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, develop and implement marketing strategies, and collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa management role.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
- Work Hours: 32.5 to 35 hours per week.
- Language: English.
