About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture client data, cultivate new and existing client relationships, and deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client, demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador, and executing best practices to create unique experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with clients, work non-traditional hours, and work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Desired Qualifications
- A college/university degree.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
