About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and sales growth.
- Consistently achieve or exceed commercial targets through excellent communication and sales skills.
- Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver a memorable in-store experience by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Identify innovative ways to grow business through delivering elevated client experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Preferred Qualifications
- A college/university degree.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
