Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Professional to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.
- Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch, exceeding client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests for assistance.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, using reports and systems to assess inventory accuracy.
- Partner with client advisors and management to drive sales and achieve commercial targets.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- College or university degree in a related field.
