Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding commercial targets through exceptional clienteling skills.
  • Deliver a personalized and memorable experience to every client, showcasing our luxury products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and client preferences to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
