We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an A/R Collections and Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Investigate and resolve short payments and debit memos
  • Assist with special projects and provide support to the Controller and VP of Finance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in A/R, collections, and customer service
  • Experience with P.O. generating, tracking, billing, and providing details to clients
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, as well as experience with Sage accounting software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
