Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an A/R Collections and Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a strong background in accounts receivable and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoices and process payments in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Communicate with customers and resolve any issues
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and collections
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to work effectively with Sage accounting software
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

What We Offer
- Competitive annual salary $45,000-$50,000/yearly based on experience
- Great work-life balance working Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
