Responsibilities

* Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Post journal entries
* Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
* Reconcile accounts

Requirements

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
* Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
