About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Tech Sales Growth Specialist to join our Vancouver-based team. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the CCTV, Mining, and Renewable Energy sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovative technology. With frequent travel required, a valid driver's license is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactive Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and creative outreach strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Market Intelligence: Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and gather market intelligence on market conditions and competitive positioning.
  3. Business Development: Utilize Salesforce for accurate forecasting, tracking sales activities, and reporting on pipeline progress. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Business or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technology Certification.
  • At least 3 years of related industry experience (mining, CCTV, and/or renewable energy). Experience with fuel cells is an asset.
  • A goal-oriented mindset, driven by a desire to achieve results and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Adaptability and learning, embracing feedback and adapting strategies as needed.
