Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to our discerning clients, ensuring that every interaction meets the highest standards of luxury retail.
- Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations, while supporting the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, as well as the brand's history and heritage, serving as a role model for exceptional client service.
- Proactively utilize clienteling tools to maximize sales potential and drive business growth.
- Monitor and update client relationships through our CRM system, identifying opportunities to build and retain long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals, enhance the client experience, and drive business development.
- Source new clients through targeted marketing initiatives and CRM tools.
- Maintain and build productive relationships with loyal clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Oversee the implementation of sales policies, objectives, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining the visual appeal of the shop floor.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear experience
