Job Title: Luxury Showroom Sales Consultant

EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting products and providing expert advice on design and installation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, builders, and architects to drive sales growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide accurate quotes and delivery dates.
  • Enter orders and quotes in the system, expedite purchases, and maintain proactive communication with customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, address short payments, and returns in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
  • College and/or University degree required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, with luxury retail sales experience preferred.
  • Eager to learn with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of products on display at the Showroom.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with customers, vendors, and teammates.
