Canna Cabana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- 4-5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a cannabis retail environment.
- CannSell license from AGCO.
- Clean Criminal Background check.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations.
