Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SRI SAI ENTERPRISES INC.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Sales Staff: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize return of merchandise.
  • Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed attractively.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
