Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at SRI SAI ENTERPRISES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet the needs of our customers
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise
- Establish work schedules and ensure the store is well-staffed at all times
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers to ensure the smooth operation of the store
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work long hours
