Sales Enablement Learning Experience Specialist

The Sales Enablement Learning Experience Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning experiences that enhance the effectiveness of our sales team. This role will collaborate with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders to create impactful skill development programs that drive sales performance.
Duties and Responsibilities- Work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager and other Specialists to create and customize sales enablement programs and materials.
- Assist the Sales Enablement Manager with conducting needs analyses for Market Area performance improvement requests.
- Ensure enablement content is tightly aligned with WM's brand messaging and mapped to the WM Customer journey.
- Develop and curate sales enablement presentations, programs, and training for the sales organization.
- Track and catalog training content, interventions implemented, and results achieved in a central repository.
- Proactively seek out continual education opportunities in the areas of coaching and consultation.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, learning and development, adult education, or a related field, and four years of relevant work experience. Five years of previous experience in sales enablement, training, or instructional design is also required.
The candidate should have experience creating training collateral for sales teams, working consultatively with sales leaders, and delivering highly engaging, high-impact enablement resources and training for sales audiences. Strong influencing and organization skills are essential, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment and Essential FunctionsThis is a remote opportunity, and the expected salary range for this position is $97K - $120K. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
